Mystery Maze Virtual Tour

Across the street from the Soingook Theme Park was a really special looking roadside attraction, the Mystery Maze Virtual Tour.  We weren't sure if the building housed a mystery maze, or just a monitor that we would watch a virtual tour on, but either way we were intrigued!

Where does Yoda fit into this?

As it turns out, Mystery Maze Virtual Tour just means mirror maze with designated photo opportunities.  Can't beat that!

We had originally taken individual pictures of each other at it, but the man running the Mystery Maze was watching via CCTV and was not pleased with that, so he braved the mirrors to take this shot for us.

The man in charge (who was a Herman Munster doppelganger) took charge of the camera again once we got out of the maze.

Land of Pigmies

Unknown to us before arrival, Jeju is loaded with super lame tourist attractions.  (Read:  Unknown to us before arrival, Jeju is loaded with super cheesy/awesome photo opportunities.)  One such goldmine of photo-ops was the Soingook Theme Park.*

* Most of the time, the Korean name is translated into English, so that it makes sense (usually)  in either language.  Maybe they thought 'soingook' was an English cognate, we're not sure, but for whatever reason they decided to make the English name the romanization of the Korean.

The miniature Statue of Liberty at the entrance to the parking lot.  Granted, it's been a while since either of us have seen Lady Liberty, but she's looking a lot more feminine and sexy than we remember the actual one looking.
