As we did with Miranda, Judy's sister, when she visited, we decided to start Jessica off with a trip to Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong and Gwanghwamun, three super crowded areas all within walking distance of one another, to help acclimate her to the massive herds of people and lack of personal space that make Seoul what it is.
On the way to the subway, we noticed that one of the many herds had made it's way into our normally quiet neighborhood...
The small parade (celebrating what, we don't know) was led by this gang of motorized wheelchairs. We always joke that our neighborhood has an unusual concentration of old people with motorized wheelchairs and flight attendants. It was immediately obvious that the geezers on wheels were well represented in this parade, but sadly we saw no gang of sexy flight attendants joining in the procession...
This lady drumline was as sexy as it got!

Capturing the shot
After walking around Gwanghwamun, it was pretty late in the afternoon, so we headed back home to get changed and ready to head to Hongdae for dinner and a night out in the main university neighborhood of Seoul.
Really?
Did you think those over-sized zippers looked good?
